Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Mark Homyak is the principal of The Homyak Law Firm, P.C.  For 33 years, Mark has handled a wide variety of cases involving injuries and deaths caused by vehicle accidents, industrial accidents, inadequate security, alcohol-related assaults and DUI accidents, medical malpractice, dangerous conditions of machines, appliances, vehicles, roadways, real estate and structures, and animal attacks.  He has protected the rights of workers injured on the job and carefully coordinated their workers compensation claims and civil lawsuits arising from the incident.  Mark litigates cases on behalf of injured individuals and decedents’ survivors in federal and state trial courts throughout Western Pennsylvania, and takes every necessary step to ensure justice for his clients in federal and state appellate courts.
