Mark Homyak
Mark Homyak is the senior partner of Homyak (formerly The Homyak Law Firm). For 32 years, Mark has handled a wide variety of cases involving injuries and deaths caused by vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, inadequate security, alcohol-related assaults, DUI accidents, animal attacks, foodborne illnesses and dangerous conditions of machines, appliances, vehicles, roadways, real estate and structures. He has protected the rights of workers injured on the job and carefully coordinated their workers compensation claims and civil lawsuits arising from the incident. Mark litigates cases on behalf of injured individuals and decedents’ survivors in federal and state trial courts throughout Western Pennsylvania and takes every necessary step to ensure justice for his clients in federal and state appellate courts.
